For items that do not need immediate attention please email your management team or report a work order through your community website. Contractors are planning for general cleanup after the storm for non-emergency items. Work orders will be addressed on a priority basis. Owners should work to mitigate damage to their home for any possible leaks or flooding in the case contractors cannot get out immediately.

Tie down or bring indoors any objects that might be blown around by hurricane winds (outdoor furniture, trampolines, decorations, garbage cans, display racks, signs and any other loose objects that are normally left outside) -Make sure you have supplies and emergency information prior to the storm. -Ensure that all vehicles are serviced and fueled. -Be sure to have needed supplies for your pets, children and family members. Remember to fill up on all medications. -Have a flashlight and extra batteries within reach. Flashlights provide the safest emergency lighting source. -Charge smartphones, cell phones, power packs and tablets -Make sure to have enough supplies for several days If you have a roof leak or water entering your property, please take all necessary steps to clean, catch or block the water. Roofers will not go on the roof during the storm so mitigate the intrusion as best as possible. If your The Elite Team members maybe out of office during the critical arrival of the storm but will be checking emails, voicemails, and have access to contractors that can help with emergencies.
